Applies a blinking/flickering effect on selected layers with animation options

Options:

• Enable: Turns the effect on or off
• Type: Determines the type of blinking or flickering effect applied
• Speed: Controls how fast the blinking or flickering occurs
• Custom Speed: Lets you set your own speed for the effect
• Transparency: When enabled, this adjusts how transparent the layer becomes at its minimum and maximum points
• Color: If enabled, the layer will alternate between Color A and Color B
• Exposure: When enabled, changes the layer's exposure between the minimum and maximum values

How to use

1. Choose the layers you want to modify
2. Activate the tool
3. It will apply effects to your chosen layers
4. Adjust these options as needed
