Retains stroke width appearance when scaling using transform properties.
Select the shape layer(s) that have the stroke you want to scale, and click the "Consistent Stroke Width" button. This will ensure that the stroke width maintains its appearance even after scaling. An option will appear, allowing you to enable or disable this effect on the selected layer(s).
