Parents selected layers as a hierarchy chain in order of selection.
Select the layers you want to parent in the desired order then choose the "Parent in Order of Selection" tool from the menu. This will create a hierarchical chain of parent-child relationships between the selected layers, with the first selected layer being the top-level parent.
