Parents selected layers to new nulls with null type, naming and hierarchy options
Options:
- Null Layer Type: Choose whether to create null layers or shape objects for a tidier project.
- Naming Option: The default option assigns names as "Null", while the custom option allows you to enter a name for the new null layer.
- Parent Hierarchy: This option is useful when you want to maintain the existing hierarchy. You can also choose to ignore the current hierarchy.
Button:
- Null: Creates a null object and positions it at the average of the selected layers' anchor points.
- Individual Nulls: Creates individual null layers for each selected layer.
- Comp Center: Creates a null object and sets its position to the center of the composition.
How to Use?
First, select the layer or layers you want to attach to a null object. Then, run the tool. This will prompt a window with various options. From here, you can configure your preferred settings and click one of the provided buttons.

If no layer is selected, an empty null layer will be created. This is a quick way to create a null layer.
